Description
We are seeking experienced Office Assistant for a variety of roles being offered permanent long term appointment, for our office located in Komenda C/R.

The successful candidate will have the responsibility to:

  1. Excellent communication and organisational skills
  2. Entrepenural spirit and skills
  3. Very good customer service and telephone skills
  4. Strong office based administration experience
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  6. Conversant with all office procedures
  7. Good command on communication protocols
  8. Strong product presentation skills Office Correspondence
  9. Dissemination of information ie Memos etc.
  10. Professional affairs of the Manager
  11. Any other assignment that may be given by management

2. ACCOUNTS OFFICERS

Job Type: Full Time
Job Location: Central Region
Minimum Qualification: Diploma/HND/1st Degree
Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year
Job Description: The successful applicant must:

  1. Have completed National Service
  2. Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities.
  3. Review financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness.
  4. Monitor and manage all expense within the allotted budget.
  5. Have advance key board skills
  6. Ensure financial team follows company policies and regulations.
  7. Develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency.
  8. Review annual budgets and recommend any changes if needed.
